What can happen when a patient can't see as well as usual?

Falls.

What can happen when a patient is unaware of risk of photosensitivity?

Sunburn.

"Fatigue"

What can happen when a patient is unusually tired?

Missing med times.
Failing to perform ADLs, hygiene.
Missing work/school.
Missing medical appointments.

"Weight gain"

What can happen when a patient puts on weight?

Elevated blood glucose.
Difficulty with wound healing.
Polydipsia-Patient could dilute electrolytes, which could lead to coma, MI, seizure, etc.
Polyphagia-Patient is eating more and has increased risk of choking.
Polyuria-A particular problem for the bedridden as skin could often be moist and develop breakdown.
Joint pain.
Sleep apnea.
